
I must say that I enjoyed having a menu plan set for two weeks. I had never done that before but I also like changing up what we have sometimes and I was still able to do that somewhat or at least work with what I had to make something else. We did really good and only ate out once for dinner!
Pasta E Fagioli Soup, didn't make this
Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Bake, didn't make this made Cheesy Chicken Instead and it made enough for us dinner one night and one to freeze
Homemade Pizza (I have 2 balls of dough in the freezer from Trader Joe's for this), didn't make this
Skillet Lasagna, didn't make this
Rotel Chicken Spaghetti-- I always sub out shredded cheese instead of Velveeta --didn't make this
Sloppy Joes, we had BBQ in the freezer so had that one night instead
So this still leaves me with a few things to have this week and not have to get much at the store (which is always nice!).
So for this week.....
Saturday-- making beef stew in the crockpot
Sunday-- meeting some ladies in Atlanta for a Online BlogCon Meetup!!
Monday-- Chili
Tuesday-- breakfast for dinner, Coley has been asking for Waffle House which equals he wants bacon and toast
Wednesday--more than likely out to eat, Trick or Treating with Thomas the Train tonight!!
Thursday-- Skillet Lasagna and Salad and bread
Friday-- getting Cameron tonight so eating out in Knoxville
Saturday-- something from the Harry Potter cookbook-- we are doing a Harry Potter weekend! Making things from the HP Cookbook and watching the movies we haven't watched yet
